We reserve the right to showcase completed projects, designs, and campaigns as part of our portfolio, unless explicitly restricted by a written NDA.

Payments for services are governed by specific agreements or proposals between Gaea Purpose Driven and the client.
Once a project has commenced, payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Any delays in client response, approvals, or payments may impact project timelines and deliverables.
