When they partnered with Gaea, the brand already had great products and strong intent, but the Shopify store wasn’t performing at its potential. We identified key drop-off zones, confusing navigation flows, and weak PDP storytelling.

  • Confusing CTA hierarchy multiple “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” buttons.

  • Lack of trust signals (reviews, shipping info, policies).

  • Checkout friction causing high exit rate.

This audit gave us the blueprint for the redesign a data-driven foundation for experience clarity.

We redesigned TailBlaze from the ground up visually clean, emotionally warm, and technically optimized.
