We rebuilt the experience around user behavior, design simplicity, and conversion flow, helping TailBlaze scale steadily with a 3%+ CRO and ₹2 lakh+ monthly revenue, all achieved organically.

We identified key drop-off zones, confusing navigation flows, and weak PDP storytelling.

Users scrolled 70% down PDPs but rarely added to cart.
Confusing CTA hierarchy multiple “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” buttons.
Lack of trust signals (reviews, shipping info, policies).
Checkout friction causing high exit rate.
This audit gave us the blueprint for the redesign a data-driven foundation for experience clarity.

We redesigned TailBlaze from the ground up visually clean, emotionally warm, and technically optimized.
